Convivial Software Pvt. Ltd. (“Vendor”) is offering a Refer & Earn scheme for users of
the Saraswat Society Connekt application. By participating in this scheme, you agree to the
following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
- The scheme is open to existing users of the Saraswat Society Connekt application.
- Referrals must be made only through the referral feature available in the
application.
- Referrals made directly over phone calls, by visiting branches, or through any other
channel will not be considered.
2. Referral Benefit
- A referrer will receive a ₹1,500 Amazon voucher for each successful referral.
- A referral is considered successful only when the referred society completes the
onboarding process on Saraswat Society Connekt.
3. Voucher Issuance
- Amazon vouchers will be issued within 30 days of successful onboarding and
payment confirmation.
- Vouchers will be sent to the email ID or phone number registered with the referrer’s
application account.
4. Limitations
- Multiple individuals cannot claim referral rewards for the same society. Only the first valid referrer recorded by the Company will be eligible.
- The referrer must not be an office bearer or authorized decision-maker of the referred
society.
- Company employees, partners, or associated vendors are not eligible to participate.
5. Responsibility
- This offer is solely organized and managed by Convivial Software Pvt. Ltd.
- Saraswat Bank has no role, liability, or responsibility in this scheme. All queries or disputes related to the scheme should be directed only to Convivial Software Pvt.
Ltd.
6. Misuse & Disqualification
- Any attempt to misuse or manipulate the scheme (including fake or duplicate
referrals) will result in immediate disqualification and cancellation of benefits
- The Company reserves the right to withdraw or recover rewards in case of fraudulent
activity.
7. Scheme Validity
- The scheme is valid until further notice. The Company reserves the right to modify,
suspend, or discontinue the scheme at any time without prior notice.
8. General
- Rewards under this scheme are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of Convivial Software Pvt. Ltd. shall be final and binding.
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only..
